Philips PCI tv tuner with screwed up box?

My friend bought a philips tv tuner off of ebay a while back and it had a screwed up box like there misspelling on it and stuff like that. Dose anyone know the name of this particular tv tuner because it had really good quality and it only cost him like 20 bucks or so, if not could you give me the name of a good Tv tuner (ps i would also use it for recording my xbox 360 picture)

You would have to give more info. Philips does make those cards. here are a few pretty good ones.
