Can I split the signal output on my dual tuner Philips DSR708 DVR?

The DSR708 has dual RCA outputs on the back. I would like to split the signal and watch one tuner on the television and the other on my laptop. Is this possible?

    no with satelite u cannot split the signal

    The DSR708 has dual RCA outputs on the back no need to split anything
